Shipping Policies

For goods which are in stock, The Eight Senses will dispatch them to you generally within 2 (two) business days of orders being placed, Mondays through Fridays but excluding public holidays.

Special order goods will be dispatched by the date(s) communicated to you when those orders are placed.

The Eight Senses has nominated UPS as our shipping service provider.

During your check-out process, you will be able to select the shipping method that 
best suits you. You may choose:

“Second Day Air”     
or
“Ground”
“Second Day Air” items will arrive two days after your order has been dispatched.

“Ground” items will arrive 4 – 6 days after your order has been dispatched.

In all cases, Mondays through Fridays included, but excluding public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the items being purchased, the delivery method you select, and the destination you indicate. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout, and so you may review these prior to confirming your order.

These shipping costs include processing fees that include the cost of processing,
handling and packing your order, so that they may be delivered to you.

We reserve the right to modify shipping policies at any time.
